What is international roaming?

International roaming allows you to call, text or access high-speed data when traveling abroad. You can purchase a 1-day, 3-day or 7-day Travel Pass for use in 200+ countries.

Is international roaming free?

No. International roaming isn’t free. To use your BRAND wireless service while abroad, you’ll need to purchase a Travel Pass. However, if you’re on WiFi and have WiFi Calling enabled on your phone, calls and texts to the U.S. are free.

When should I use international roaming?

You should use international roaming whenever you’re abroad and want to make calls, send texts or access high-speed data when you’re not connected to WiFi.

Is international roaming available on all BRAND wireless plans?

Yes. All BRAND wireless plans have international roaming capability and are compatible with any Travel Pass.

When is the best time to purchase a Travel Pass?

The best time to add your Travel Pass is just before you leave for your trip or when you arrive at your destination. Your Travel pass activates instantly and is automatically applied to your line.

Does a Travel Pass use data from my BRAND wireless rate plan?

Travel Passes do not use data from your monthly rate plan. Travel Passes give you extra data to use while roaming in select countries/destinations.
